You should not be threatening your potential customers with collections just because they choose not to let you do the job. You should honor the fact that the agreement given states the customer has 3 days to change their minds, and cancel everything.

Needed soffet(?) and fascia (?) board work needed.. with minimal roof damage. It looks beautiful.. it’s and old house with lots of problems... will call Joey again!!

Initially, they called and set up the appointment pretty quickly for a roof inspection. Charged me twice the cost of the inspection to do the repair. After the first rain, it was obvious the repair did not solve the leak. Have called the company 2 times and left messages that still have a leak after their so-called repair and cannot get ahold of anyone or get a return call. Would not use it again. Charges exorbitant amount to not fix leaks in the roof!

They were eager to make adjustments to schedule an appointment at my convenience. The owner was courteous and professional. The project was set up for the next day and completed, as promised. They provided additional clean up beyond what was required. If I have future projects they will be first company I call.
