Textbook transaction. Tommy understands the basic rules of conducting business: a) Be responsive & communicate effectively b) Be on time c) Be reasonable on price d) Do what you say you're going to do e) Perform a quality job Very easy to deal with and to get in touch with. Calls back. Reschedule was necessary due to winter weather but was expected and handled professionally. Entire job was conducted within 90 minutes; from initial assessment & quote, to obtaining materials, to completion. Granted it was a small job but I couldn't have asked for a more effective "get it done" work ethic.

Tommy did a great job. He quickly diagnosed the nonworking outlet, replaced it, and removed the old ceiling fan and installed the new one. He honored the price he initially quoted for the installation of the ceiling fan, even though a little more work was involved. I would definitely hire him again.

A company was here working on an outside equipment problem. That company determined my problem was due to an electrical outlet not receiving power. I called Tommy & explained the situation. He headed right over so he could discuss the problem with the other company. Tommy quickly traced the wiring to determine why that outlet was not receiving power, fixed that problem and also replaced a gfi outlet. The other company was so impressed he asked Tommy for his business card. Will definitely call Tommy for future electrical needs.

I called Tommy and he came to my home 20 minutes later. He was very thorough and knowledgeable as to my problems. He took time and fixed my problem and explained the work he did. I was very impressed.

Tommy was very professional, friendly and prompt. He did a great job installing recessed lighting in our kitchen. There is no direct access from above the ceiling, Tommy ran the electrical wire and installed the cans with minimal cutting of the ceiling drywall. We will definitely use him again for our electrical needs!

We were very happy with the work and results. Tommy Electric did a fabulous job for us, in what was not necessarily a simple job. Our junction boxes were on the other side of the home, but he quickly figured out how to solve the challenge. He also fixed a couple of other things needing attention while he was here. He was prompt, efficient, easy to talk to, and a very enjoyable. Clearly, he is an honest, highly reliable, and expert electrician. We now have an electrician we can count on!!!

Mr. Noe identified several issues within circuit breaker box, including burnt circuit breaker, wiring routed through the wrong breakers, lose grounds, attempt to make a breaker fit when it did not fit. Ruled out my wiring as the cause of flickering, offered to speak with MLG&W, the local utility to explain what he had done. Very professional, very punctual, I was totally satisfied

Tommy came out on Mon 9/11 in order to give me an estimate. I accepted his estimate & Tommy said he could come out Tue 9/12 to do the work. Tommy was on time, called me in advance to let me know he was on his way, & did an excellent job installing the outlet & hiding the HDMI cord. Tommy is very courteous, professional, punctual & does excellent work. I highly recommend him!

It was a difficult job, but Tommy years of experience allow him to pull the cables without cutting the dry wall while other companies wanted to take short cuts. He's very professional, efficient, experience, and very time efficient. We have already schedule other job to be done and performed because of our experience with Tommy.

I sent Tommy an email via angies list and he called me back the next morning and we set a time for him to come out that afternoon.He was there on time and after seeing what needed fixing he exaplained to me that the outlet did not need a GFI and its a code and safety issue to have them.They are usually put near sources where water is concerned so I am not sure why they had it in the garage.So we decided to skip the GFI and just replace with a normal outlet.He also fixed another outlet for me and gave me a lot of good info.I would highly recommend him for his work and promptness.

Tommy responded quickly, purchased the transformer, and showed up that afternoon to replace the old transformer. Helped troubleshoot a problem I had with my Ring doorbell. I've had Tommy before and would recommend him to anyone.

This is the 3rd time I've used Tommy. I called on Monday morning and set up a time to meet him for Tuesday. He's always accommodative, punctual, does great work and gets right to it.

Visited the same day I called to give an estimate and completed some of the work. Came back a second day to finish the job - was right on time again and performed the work very quickly.

Tommy was easy to get in touch with, answered his phone, returned my calls, and kept in touch with me. He showed up at his scheduled appointment on time, completed the task in a timely manner, and price was fair. I will call Tommy with all my future electrical needs. I recommend him.

It was late in the afternoon when I noticed that the outlet on which our TV and the DVR that controls all the TV's in our house was not receiving any power. I called another place and they were already closed for the day. I found Tommy on Angie's list, and he came out within an hour. He was friendly and efficient and had the outlet repaired in no time. I am glad that I found him and will definitely use him again.

This is the 2nd time I've used Tommy. Both times, I've called and he was out to fix the problem that same day. This time, I explained what happened, he removed the outlet, physically checked out all the wiring and said everything checked out fine. The problem was probably with the device plugged into the outlet. Regardless, we have aluminum wiring so we're always extra cautious when it comes to electrical issues. Well worth the peace of mind for him to check everything out. He is highly recommended.

Tommy was at my home before I arrived and he was knowledgeable,quick, and most of all super reasonable. I would strongly choose this guy for all of your electrical needs any day of the year. You can shop around but you can't beat his expertise and friendly and professionalism. 👍🏿

Tommy is amazing. Do not waste your time with somebody else. I called him the first time, about 16 outlets going out around the house. Came to the house in 2 hours (who provides that kind of amazing service nowadays?). Showed up, very funny and polite and was able to figure out that our alarm system was the culprit for all of our outlets going out. Second visit, the pool pump tripped in the panel and we were unable to start it back up again. He came, and actually opened the pool pump cover and found a short. I bet you if I had called the pool pump company they would have told me I needed a new pump. He always gives you an ETA, and is always on time. I cannot recommend him enough, we are going to continue to use Tommy for all of our electrical needs from now on, his prices are more than reasonable. First call (outlets) was about 250 and second call was 125 (service call fee)
