Can't say enough great things about Tom! He's professional, customer service oriented, very reasonably priced and most importantly, an extremely skilled electrician with many years of experience! We've lived in Memphis 12 years and have used a handful of different electricians over the years--none of them were bad, per se, but we were never impressed enough with any of them to hire again. I can happily say, after 12 years, we've found are go-to electrician in Tommy Electric! We will definitely be recommending him to all our neighbors and friends!

I spoke with Tommy and he arrived within 20 minutes. Within another 35 minutes, not only did he identify the issue but had it fixed as well. He was friendly, professional, very personable. I felt comfortable and at ease. If you need an electrician, this is the team you want!

Excellent, troubleshooted me over the phone

This man is a professional. He understood what my problem was and said that he had several calls about this occurrence. He told me to call MLGW to come out and check for the problem and he was exactly correct. It was there problem and they fixed it. I'll definitely keep this man on my list to call first in case of any electrical problem.

Very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. When you deal with Tommy Electric, you are dealing directly with Tommy. He answers his own phone, sets appointments and does the work himself. The first time he came out, he offered suggestions for not only security lighting, but also provided input regarding security cameras. He didn't charge me for this first trip. I took his advice and purchased the security cameras/lighting for him to install. He came out and installed the equipment. I'm very pleased with not only the price and quality of his services, but his recommendation on the security camera/lights was perfect. I would definitely use him again.

I spoke with Tommy Monday morning explained to him the issue i was having and he quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone and explained what was needed to remedy the situation. He came out the very next morning and had me up and running within 20 minutes. He was very prompt and professional.

The rewiring was fixed quickly and with minimal disruption to my day. He was friendly and professional, and we are having him back again soon to fix some additional small electrical problems. He is very skilled, knows exactly what he's doing and was able to give me a professional opinion on everything I needed, and upgrade everything we needed. good. He arrived before me and was done in an hour and a half. I called him Friday afternoon and got it done the next Wednesday morning, lightning fast in contractor time

it went very well. after I contacted tommy electric, he came by within an hour. it was hot in the attic and we quickly agreed on the problem. he said that he would get back to me on the estimate; he did and I said ok.. we then agreed on a date, early in the morning.. he called at about 7:30 to make sure that I was up. he arrived about 20 minutes later. he installed the motors and thermostats. I was very satisfied with the work. he lived up to his previous reviews. yes I would use him again and I would recommend his service

Tommy was very friendly and professional. He was on time and left the work area clean. The work was accomplished at a reasonable price considering the attic is not floored in the area where the exhaust fan is located.

Tommy is excellent in every respect. He was even a little early to the project & called to let me know he was on the way. He has 30 years of experience, & it shows. He is requested often, but it is worth the short wait to have the job done well, efficiently, and at a fair price. I will be asking for his services with my next electrical project.
