We have used Tommy several times since we moved into our new home May 2012 & have already referred him to several friends. It is obvious that he really cares about doing a good job and that his customer's are not just satisfied with his work but are completely happy. We bought a home built in 1985 and was pretty dark & needed a fair amount of additional lighting. He hung 7 new ceiling fixtures that consisted of 4 completely new electrical installations, one was an extremely oversized chandelier that he put together & hung with no problems, removed old fixtures and neatly patched the old holes, and he had well thought out plans for the new switches and simmers he installed. We had him add additional electrical outlets and move existing light switches to be more functional. He also installed a section of recessed lighting and was EXTREMELY precise in their placement & figuring the best use of lighting and since these were being installed into existing construction on the lower level of our home, he could have taken the easy route & cut through a great deal of the ceiling; however, he really thought out of the box to minimize the impact on our home. We have had bad experiences int he past with other contractors saying they are "neat & keep a clean work area" and then that not being true; however, Tommy is not one of those contractors. We were AMAZED with the care he took when working in our home. Most of the time unless you saw him you wouldn't have even known he was there! He was extremely timely and gave very realistic time frames for each job he has done: including same day quotes, to very accurate estimates and in nearly every instance completed the work BEFORE his estimated completion time. We also had him come back and install landscape lighting and new exterior house lighting and he did a great job with all these. We are also planning to add landscape lighting to the front of our home and will definitely use Tommy for these jobs as well. Not only do we highly recommend Tommy for his excellent work, cleanliness, timeliness, and fair pricing, but we like to use locally owned businesses within at all possible so he is a great resource to have when considering all these things.

Tommy was exactly what we needed regarding this service - professional, prompt and quick.

I called Tommy at 2:47 and told him about the issue with the breaker box. He told me that he was on a job and his other trucks were out but he would try to finish up and come in his personal vehicle and try to fix it. He said he should take at least an hour or a little more for him to get there. he was here in an hour and figured out what the problem with the breaker was. The only problem was our house is really old and they do not sell that style breaker at many stores. Tommy had gone to home depot to try to find the part but he called to say that they didnt have it so he was going to go to his office and see if there was one there. 15 min later i got another call from him stating he had found one and was on his way. once he got back it didn't take him longer than 5 min to get everything fixed and put together I will def refer people I know to him and to Angie's list

I call the company and spoke with Tommy on Tuesday 4/10/2012 and I told him the problem that I was having and he said that he think that he would be able to fix it. We set an appointment for Thursday 4/12 between 2:30 to 3:00pm. He had not shown up by 3:30 pm and I called. Did not really give an explanation why he was late, but said he would be there in 30 minutes and he was. He went an check all the electrical outlets and determined that a larger breaker would do the job that was needed. He installed them in a timely manner and said if we had any problems let him know. It took him about 11/2 from start to finish. Will use him again.

The job went very well. He came on the day he said he would, and he called first to see if the time was okay. He was very polite , and efficient. Would definitely use him again.

I have recommended him to a couple of peers who live here in the condo and they've all been very pleased with him. He was very clean and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He did it in a timely manner. I absolutely would use him again in the future or else I wouldn't have recommended him.

He was prompt in coming to look at the job and give me an estimate. He arrived at my home to do the job when he indicated he would be here and went about his business in a very professional manner. He was precise in all he did --used a drop cloth to contain any rubbish collected and left the work area spotless. He responded to all my needs for this job. I would highly recommend him and I will continue to use him for all of my electrical needs.
