Tommy completed job in 3 hours. Was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Tommy arrived on time to site and inspected ground rod and general area where insurance loss occurred. He was able to determine that all electrical charges properly grounded and no repairs needed.

Tommy was awesome. He not only did the electrical work in a professional and very timely manner, he documented everything that had been done wrong by previous installer.

Tommy came out and found an outlet I didn't know existed in the attic. As it happens, I was able to reach it with an extension cord and a drill. While Tommy could have done exactly what I asked and installed the outlet for approx. $185, he told me about the outlet and only charged a small fee for coming out. His honestly has earned my loyalty, and I definitely will call him the next time I need electrical work.

He was a no show. I took off work that morning to be there. He did call later that afternoon and left a message to apologize and say that he was unable to leave another job site.

Tommy performed the work quickly and capably. The wire routing was neat, and he clearly knows his trade. No struggling, no complaining "this is going to be hard". He just showed up, and knocked out the work!

Tommy came out the same day to look a look at an issue for me. He could have charged me an insane amount for what I thought was a self inflicted issue but he did not. He didn't charge at all because there was no issue. I will definitely call Tommy when I need future work performed!

Called Tommy and left a message with my phone number. He promptly returned my call within the hour. I told him of the trouble my tenant had relayed to me; he was experiencing problems in the kitchen 3 plugs were not working including the plug for the stove. I asked the tenant if he had tripped the breakers - he told me he had flipped them several times and a few were loose. Tommy told me approximately what my cost would be for service. We agreed. He went over and repaired everything. I got a 'Thank You' text from my tenant. Tommy took my credit card over the phone (he also has other payment options) and we were done. No stress. Fast. Polite. Yes. I would call Tommy again. Enjoyed the way he does business.

He is a very nice person. I changed a light bulb in my bathroom (house was built in 1932) and I heard a pop and the lights wouldn't work. I called Tommy and he came out that same afternoon last week, told me it was a bad light switch and changed it and it worked. The other day I changed the light bulb to a softer bulb and it popped again. I called Tommy and he came out the next morning on the way to another job. This time he told me it was probably a bad light fixture, because in these older houses the wires get old and break. He showed me that the fixtures were loose at the wire connections. It blew a fuse which he changed in 5 minutes and I got charged another $95 for the service call and told me if I got my own light fixtures, he would charge me $120 for putting them in. My problem is this: I think the first time he came out he should have checked not only the switch, but the fixtures to see if that was causing the problem and then I wouldn't have had to pay twice for the same problem.

Couldn't have been more satisfied! Was able to schedule visit within a week of my initial phone call. Appreciated that he called the day of visit to let me know he was on the way. My particular job was difficult because of location and limited attic access. He was very thorough to assess and determine if it was possible. Fortunately he was able to complete in under 2 hrs and with no mess. Very polite, professional, and efficient. Will definitely call him for any future electrical needs!

I cannot remember the cost but it went very well. It was a pleasant experience.

I can't recommend Tommy enough. He was immediately responsive to my call and scheduled a time to come out and discuss my electrical/lighting requests - and I was so pleased and impressed with his suggestions for improved lighting and energy efficiency. Also, it meant to so much to me that when I had an idea that would have cost a lot to complete, Tommy offered a much more reasonably priced alternative that got the job done. Not every service provider will do that, and that speaks volumes about his character. He provided an estimate the same day, and the cost was very competitive and reasonable given all that he did in our house. On the day of installation, he called ahead, arrived when he said he would, and he and his assistant were efficient - I thought it would take all day and they were in and out in about 2.5 hours. The result was even better than I'd hoped. Finally, Tommy and his assistant were very conscious of cleaning up and making sure I was satisfied. And just plain nice guys all around. I will undoubtedly use Tommy Electric again and will recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Tommy replaced old hot tub electrical connection to connect to new hot tub.

Tommy was on time, extremely pleasant, friendly, and excellent at what he does! I will definitely call him for any electrical need I have. It is rare these days to have someone show up on time, and he was even a few minutes early. He gave attention to detail, and I recommend him highly.

Accurate estimate. Quick and honest communication by phone and message. The job was done well, as communicated, and when they said it would be done. It doesn't get any better than that!

We called and the electrician came the next day at he time arranged. The then proceeded to complete the task we asked to do.
