Mr. Covington was prompt each time he said he would come. He was prepared to do the work even went as far as to pick up the materials we needed at the supplier. He came out after hours and was accessible on weekends. I will use Mr. Covington again and will refer him to others. He did a great job at a reasonable price .
Description of Work: I contacted Mr. Covington in regards to replacing some tile and doing some sheet rock repairs in our bathroom on July 20, 2011. On July 23rd Mr. Covington gave me an estimate and was thorough in what he would do, how long it would take and how much material would be needed since we were going to buy the material ourselves. On August 8th Mr. Covington started working on tearing out the old tile and sheetrock and getting ready to install new. I called Mr. Covington and told him we had found the tile we wanted and asked him if he would go by the distributor and make sure it was what we needed. We had planned to buy the material at a big box hardware store but Mr. Covington advised us to use Robert F. Henry Tile Co., he said to tell them that he was doing the repairs and they would give us his contractors discount. We visited Robert F. Henry Tile and showed them the diagram and explained to Margaret Yates who is the branch manager what we were looking for. She helped us pick out the tile, the correct amount as well as the other need materials. Mr. Covington picked up the materials on August 9th and started the reinstallation job. On August 10th, the job was completed. About one month later after a new shower enclosure was installed some of the grout began to crack. I called Mr. Covington and informed him of this, he came back out after normal working hours (around 6p.m.) and fixed the problem. About two months after that happened the grout between the tub and the new tile began to crack. I called Mr. Covington again and explained the situation, he said that was a familiar problem and that he would take care of it. Again he came back out and dug out the grout and replaced it with caulk.
