The Handy Man Michael Sabad

It went Very Well. Michael was available within a week of when I called him. He arrived on time. I had 2 holes in my bathroom from plumbing repair. He measured the openings. He used wallboard and wall trim to build panels to fit the holes. He worked on/cut the holes to make them more even for the newly built access panels. He custom built the frames for the panels. Michael nailed and glued each frame onto the panel and used screws to attach each panel to the opening - so they could be easily removed for access to plumbing in the walls. Michael caulked and painted so that the panels looked nice. He cleaned up after himself and left my bathroom walls looking Great. Michael charged me for a part of a day: he completed the 2 access panels in my bathroom, put up a curtain rod, fixed a towel rod, and set the code for my new garage door remote. I will call Michael Sabad - The Handy Man - the next time I need painting or wall repair work.
