We are a new and small business in the Memphis area. Starting with the experience of one man and father Rodolfo Morales, who after working in the construction industry of the Memphis area for over 2 decades and being apart of much of the city’s growth and expansion, is joined by his sons Rudy and Alan, come to offer their services directly to any and every client seeking to add and increase the value of their property. We specialize in carpentry and woodworking to provide creative solutions for homeowners, property managers, or anyone looking to improve/add to their living space! Everything from additions or renovations to general repairs. With a collective experience of over 20 years of craftsmanship, emphasis on customer experience, and passion for design and improvement our company wants to build new dreams and value for you!

Terrazas Construction built my kitchen pantry. They took time to listen to my needs for my pantry and they came up with a design that met my needs. They were on time with the project and delivery. They informed me every stage of the project and was upfront with the cost for the pantry build.
