They do not notify you when they will be at the property. Their emails explaining the work are incomplete. The are a typical large company with promises and little action.

An appointment was never kept. When you call you speak to someone in a foreign country.They dont have any storefronts. Its all contractors.Unless you want to buy a service, they give you the run around. Wouldnt recommend. As a matter of fact, Ill be notifying BBB of Georgia.

We just had local service done for our termite problem, so we don't know yet how well the treatment will work. But everyone from Terminix so far as been helpful, on-time and professional. If the treatment is successful, it was well worth the money. Fingers crossed!
