The company needs a complete overhaul. The local, regional, district and ongoing..,,management wouldn?t understand the concept of communication if it slapped them upside the face! Instead of being honest and addressing problems with integrity, their method is to ignore and ignore some more! My advice if you are considering a pest control or insulation company: AVOID CORPORATE AND CHOOSE SMALLER COMPANY TYPE HONEST-BUSINESSES! I got burned by this company and they have done nothing at all to rectify the wrong albeit print a response online that made it appear like they addressed and made reparations. Don?t you dare be fooled! Terminex cost me thousands!

They missed an appointment with no advanced notice period. It took 3 calls to straighten it out. They claimed they had a "Corporate Meeting" and why it happened. Well, that's no excuse for breaking an appointment. They arrived the next day and the service person was excellent.

Friendly and very professional

They took care of eliminating a huge yellow jacket nest. Did a great job and followed up with a second visit to make sure treatment worked.

The technician was helpful and thorough. Still in the process of getting rid of the bugs so canâ t comment on how effective it is yet. A little pricey, but hopefully will be worth it.

Needed a clean WDO for refinancing. Inspector found 1 termate wing. Techs who sprayed attic and placed bait traps found no evidence of termites. But they would not give me a clean report. Was more interested in sell their protection service. The inspector could not be reached for several days, even by his supervisor. The techsthat did the work were great. My finance company and the inspector from a different company reported similar issues with terminix

professional, a little pricey

This company is terrible, I hired them for a termite inspection and to spray for bugs, not only did I get more bugs, I got termites after 6 months using them and they tried saying it was old damage, when in fact it was not, I had been living here for 9 months and never noticed any signs of termites & only a few spiders, until they started spraying we started having way more problems with various insects, but worse part was they not only didn t catch any signs of termites, but after I noticed termite damage they refused to repair it, I spent months on trying to get them to come back out & fix the problem, they also wouldn t return my phone calls!! Horrible experience!!!

Contacted me less than 3 minutes after I requested a quote on HomeAdvisor. I never heard back from the other company I requested from. Terminex was able to do our project extremely quick

Jerry and Adrian were both professional and respectful. Showed up on time and did a good job. Prices seem to be on the high side compared to local pesr control but I do understand sometimes you get what you pay for. To early to tell they just came today.
