They cost me more money by drilling cut a water pipe. Which still not back to normal. They do not know or care about your property. Never investigated the area of concern. Dodge phone calls. Never return your call. Tech doesnt know the job. Drill in my garage. Cracked my concrete in the rear of my home. The worse, we spend a lot of money upgrading our home the last three years. It's not the same since we allow Terminx into our home.

they missed two appointments and we had to constantly call them but once the manager came out to get rid of the bed bugs in our home. Now the bed bugs are gone, but we still are having problems with carpet bugs in a few of our rooms in our house.
