Very efficient.

Nice tecnicians but Terminex products are worthless and their guarantee to retreat is a waste of time. 3 retreats and NO Dead bugs.i even emptied all the shelves and storage. I am a clean fanatic. Had to look for and pay for other solutions. So sad since i used to recommend their service but they changed their product.

My 2 objections. 1. He commented on what he heard me watching on tv. The testimony of Dr Ford. Wonder how much they're paying her and there ought to be a one year limit on reporting an assault. I should have just asked to leave. 2. I'll have to hire someone to do my windows. Every window is streaked with insecticide. I cannot do them myself and every window reminds me of the insensitive jerk who did them.

This was a spectacular bargain! My indoor cat got outside and contracted fleas. I was leery when the technician showed up with a can of spray. He did a thorough spraying which got rid of the fleas. Great job, very satisfied.

The four-star rating is for the initial service dispatch, not the final work. When I called Terminix, the dispatcher sent the work order to a technician that didn't work on our side of town, so they had to re-schedule. However, the technician who did do the work performed a complete inspection and quickly installed termite foam and bait traps the very next day. We appreciate the quick service from Chris after he was assigned the job.

Keep in mind, when it comes to termites, TERMINEX kills them but doesn't repair the damage they caused to your home.
