Loved our agent providing service! Very through, competent and patiently answered many questions. Call center for Terminix needs to much more truthful in stating or making promises about service to be provided. For example I wanted to not be bound by contract but that was not what was passed on to local agent and created much unneeded for us and for the agent and his manager. We truly loved the work that was provided and the leadership's response to our concerns. Our home pest problems were managed very well and I will ask for the same agent, Shawn the next visit! Very please with this service!

We have been with Terminix for 6 years. This year, the price increased by 365%. We are looking for another company. Some years the inspectors were very thorough, other years they just briefly looked around. I have no idea when the treatment was last done. They removed the outside bait trap a few years ago, which was probably a good thing.

Customer Service is a little slow responding but usually gets what you want done... service on home and property is excellent.

I was very satisfied with the company and workers. they explained everything that they were doing and why. The rep. was very knowledgeable about the termites. showed me several plans so I could understand and pick the right plan for me.

There was a huge lack of communication on their part. Exterminator had to come back later in the day. My appointment was set for the morning hours originally. Information that I should've gotten prior to service was not shared. The exterminator started taking pictures without consent. Needless to say that really made my wife upset. Despite everything that happened locally. The young man I spoke with to start my service out of Florida was excellent and very professional. He's the only reason I stuck with Terminix.

Greg was extremely respectful & listened to all of my concerns. He explained the procedure & answered all of my questions.

Be prepared to keep calling to have your appointment ACTUALLY set. The manager nor the tech called me back to verify the appointment, nor that they were on their way, eventhough I was told by receptionist 5 days before that my appointment was set up. Fortunately, for all the trouble, the manager did take $ off my service.

When I bought my house I transferred the warranty from the previous owner who had it tented. They had someone come to do an inspection, sold me other services, and never transferred the warranty, which I only discovered months later. The story goes on and on, repeated requests for documentation and promises to send it. Sometimes they said they did not have a record of it. I finally went to their office and the sales manager shrugged and said it happens. He refused to acknowledge their shortcoming and would not give me his card, even when his colleague suggested it. The service guys who come to the house are great but their administrative processes and sales are a nightmare. I would never ever have them if it were not for the continuation of the tenting warranty. Run the other way from Terminix in Fort Myers!

I make a contract with them for a year. They supposed to come to the house with a tech to help me with roaches and bees. They make an appointment with me for following day b/w 1 and 5 at 6 I call because they did not show up and did not call to cancel appointment. They apologized and told me following day they will come, following day at 1:30 I recibe a call for the tech telling me we will be home in 50 min at 4 I call him, no answer , I sent a text no answer, so I call the company they try to contact him no help. I ask to speak with a manager the agent put me in hall for 15 min and told me that he will look at my file and call me back, he never did. The tech call me later and told me that he was no authorize to removed that bees from my house. They never came , horrible service I do not recommend them at all .
