They did a fine job.

Responded quickly to my inquiry, answered all my questions, reasonably priced and set up appointment for the next day. Technician worked with me regarding my pets and provided a solution so that I did not have to vacate my pets for 3 hours. He arrived early and was efficient in dealing with my ant issue.

I expected better. The tenant did better by going to WalMart and buying fog for roaches

I hired them and the technician was a no show. I wasted half a day and called to terminate the contract. They billed my card anyway. I will charge them with fraud if they don't refund money charged and no service rendered.

Service was fast and efficient. No problem since then.

Pressured into a contract I did not want. Left voicemail to change appointment to a time I could not keep the night before. Hung up trying to transfer. Ignored my email and call. Told me to open the crawl space but never looked in. Sent a report saying "No Wasp activity" and "No Black Widow Spider activity" when the exterminator sprayed wasps and told me he saw a black-widow spider. A machine kept calling to rate their people (I rated them low but a human never called back to find out why).

They were very responsive and answered all of my questions before coming out and were able to get me in right away.
