It didn't go, cancelled a short time before scheduled appoint. Once didn't even bother to call. And then called back after the third cancelled appointment wanting to know when to come.

Cleaning services can be hit or miss, and it's also always a bit unnerving to let someone inside your house, especially if you're not there. Therefore, you normally find and quot;the bestand quot; when you get word of mouth recommendations, which is exactly how we found Michelle. She was doing a weekly cleaning of a friend's (much larger) house in Midtown, but that friend was moving away and Michelle was hoping for references. We took her up, and asked for her to come by every two weeks, and she agreed. It's great! She's very reasonably priced, is thorough, is reliable, and is very trustworthy. That last bit is critical, and it can really add much more value than simply a clean house. She's now been helping us keep our place looking great for over 9 months, and we fully intend to keep her coming back. Nothing beats coming home to a clean place, and getting all that time on the weekends back that used to go to us cleaning our place. Give her a call... we certainly recommend it!
