+ -1 moreI told them I had an appointment earlier in the day, and I would make sure to be there at a certain time to give them the key. They claim that they knocked on my door, but they never did. I heard the truck pulling away, so I quickly called. She was rude and said that they don’t normally interact with the driver. I explained that this was a scheduled pick up, not a repo! She said someone was out my door, but then I heard them honking and back in my parking lot. She then said they don’t know exactly where I live, which means she was lying when she said they knocked on my door! She was rude and cursing at me and was very unprofessional.
Description of Work: I called them to have my car towed.
