Early in 2014 we discovered that our system was not being monitored due to a change in phone systems. I made several phone calls asking for service but received no response. Finally, I requested a refund prorated to the last date that we could prove monitoring ws offered but received no response. After I changed to ADT I received an invoice for another year's monitoring even though they had been notified that I had changed services. I again asked for a refund and received no response. From a hardware service standpoint they were equally unresponsive. Over the course of three years we found that it would take several calls to get a serviceman to the house to fix a problem. Most of all they just don't seem to be concerned when a customer is paying them for a service that they can't or won't provide.
Description of Work: This company was hired by our builder to wire and install telephone and internet cabling in our home. Following completion we continued to use them as a monitoring service for our fire and security alarm system and depended on them for maintenance of the installed system.
