My girlfriend used them in Midtown who absolutely decided to get out of our condo and buy a house. She was buying the house for the first time and I had two properties and was with her the entire time. It was the standard 3% that I needed to pay. They are highly competent, very confident and extremely knowledgeable. I bought two houses and I looked for a place in Pensacola and I found usually if they can't make a quick sale even the agent representating the buyer seems to not want to do it and it is a great deal of worth and my agent was not like that at all. He showed Carol 16 places the first day and allowed her to narrow those down. He actually sent her more than that and allowed her to narrow down to a list of eight and he took her to all 16 and she narrowed down the final list. He threw in a few more which he thought might be contenders. He was very professional and educated Carol and actually I learnt a few things too even though I have gone through the process. The entire process of what to expect found her a place in a nice safe neighborhood and he was very knowledgeable about the town. Randall Wilder is the agent and I like him to get the credit.

While initially pleased to work with my real estate agent Lynn Baack, I was disappointed in the end due to a lack of complete honesty and lack of due diligence on her part. I will not be working with her again.
