Siano Outlet Store- Memphis

Ibought a cooktop, microwave, and oven from Siano Appliance on Park Ave in Memphis Tn this past August. On Christmas night after baking a meal in the new oven I later notice there was no power to the oven. The clock was black and the light inside did not come on when opened. I checked and reset the breakers to the oven....no help. I called Siano the next day and they referred me to the company that repairs appliances still under warranty for them. They sent a repairman out the following Monday. The repairman said it was the control head and would take a week or so to come in. I called the owner of Siano and asked why it took so long to get parts for a brand new oven. He said he would get it expedited. I waited for a call back from the owner of Siano and didn't get one. I called him a couple of days later to check on the status of the part. He called the repair company and they were still waiting on it. I called the owner of Siano again today and asked why in the world in the day of express delivery I was still waiting on parts for my oven. The repair company called and said they are having a hard time finding this part for my over.....which is a brand new Whirlpool oven. I am very disappointed with Siano for not standing by their product. They can't blame it on the repair servjce. I bought the oven from them and they should do their best to make sure the oven is repaired and repaired fast....especially since I've bought other appliances from them and the oven is only four months old. So here it is coming up on two weeks since the oven died on Christmas night and it is still a paper weight sitting in the kitchen.
