+ -1 moreTheir sketches did not include what we asked for. Lots of window dressing type flourishes, not much architectural design.
Description of Work: Requested remodel design ideas. They exceeded their estimate just doing a few idea sketches. Recommend limiting their design work to a $ budget instead of going by their estimate and ask them to break their estimate up into $ for idea sketches vs. $ for complete plans. Better yet, ask for a flat price for the job instead of them adding a surprising amount of hours to the bill.
