Description of Work: Mitigated water damage caused by ice damming during February. Made sure all places where water leaked in were dry, took out soaked drywall, and used a tented dehumidifier to dry out the wettest area.

Everything went better than I would have ever imagined! We had never gone through something like that. And I had to handle it all by myself with our three kids because my husband was out of town during most of the repairs. But Charles and Cynthia saw to it that everything went well and was done right. The drying took about two days and then the carpet was laid a few days later. This report is only for the water cleanup. Carpet was an additional cost. Everything was great!
Description of Work: Our master bathroom toilet over-flooded and the toilet ran for a couple of hours before we noticed it. The water soaked our entire bathroom, two closets, and seeped into the bedroom. Charles Keisel came within a couple of hours and told me what needed to be done and how long it would take. His team came over and they started drying out the walls and the carpet. The carpet ended up being ruined, so Charles' dad came over and gave an estimate for carpet. They even handled all of the claim work with my insurance company.

 + -1 moreI have used Service Masters in previous years, and I will be using them again. They are very polite and courteous. They always complete the job in a timely manner, too. It doesn't take long for the carpets to dry.
