Description of Work: Had another alarm company attempt to install alarm equipment. After six tries, they were not able to get the equipment to function. Therefore, we changed dealers and Security Enterprises came out to complete the installation. AWESOME experience!!! They are always very prompt, come when they say they are coming. They were able to correct the mess left from the previous alarm company. Not only is our equipment working properly, but they were able to get some equipment to do things that the previous alarm company insisted would never work. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!

+ -1 moreJeff did an excellent job at explaining what they would install, the benefits of each monitoring station and what was possible in our home since it was not prewired for alarm. Jeremy was our installer and he did an great job installing the system and training us on how to use it.
Description of Work: Install burglar, smoke and heat alarm system with cellular monitoring.

Description of Work: They provide excellent home alarm/monitoring. The cost is great and they are prompt with service calls. I have set the alarm off enough myself to know that they will call in 2-3 minutes to make sure everything is ok.

+ -1 moreit went well. We met first with their sales rep. He walked us through our current system ( we had just moved in and had little idea what we had!). Through the process, he worked to keep as much of the existing system as possible while also understanding our needs. After a couple of iterations, we came to a solution. His expertise was valuable during the process. Then they came and did the install. It did take longer than expected, but we realized we has a VERY complex system. It is now installed and ready to go! Do think about how you want to access your system (we chose an option where we could use our phones for example). Don't be afraid to ask the stupid questions - we learned a lot in the process!
Description of Work: We had our security system updated with new wireless panels, smoke detectors replaced, re-wiring where needed, etc,
