Same Day Roofing and Siding did a really great job residing and painting the exterior of our home. They are very professional, quick, prompt and polite. They responded very quick to our quote request. Also, they cleaned up completely when their job was done. They cared about our satisfaction and were also very helpful to us in making decisions. We trusted their professional opinions and it really paid off. We're so happy we chose this company. They made our house look so updated and beautiful! You won't be disappointed using this company!

This was an A+ job from start to finish. The crew arrived early every morning and worked pretty late. They were professional and polite. The cost was very reasonable. My house looks so good! I’m very pleased with the quality of work they did. This is a great company!

BEWARE. They do NOT stand behind their works. Called to report still leaking from repair and the response was "he did a lot of caulking around the flue and it shouldn't leak". Implying that they always perfect, which we all know that it is not true. Never return to evaluate the problem. Very disappointed, especially highly recommended from Angie's list.

Very well. The crew was highly professional, courteous and the work done on the projects were done in a timely manner. Because they did such a wonderful job. I plan on hiring them again in the Spring to paint our house.

Super, they even took some time to finish one of my projects - putting up trim around a garage door. Work professionally done, they cleaned up after their project and mine - they took away the old trim I had removed from my garage door. Thank you!

I'm a Cordova homeowner for almost 2 years. I had 3 different companies come out for an estimate on fascia board repair underneath my gutters. My experience with Same Day Roof Repairs was just fantastic. I found them on Angie's List and was contacted on the same day to schedule a time and date for an estimate. Two days later, on the day of the estimate, two contractors arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment. I was impressed by how prompt and professional both contractors were. They thoroughly explained what the repairs would entail. Later that day I received the estimate for the fascia board repairs to include a paint job to match the color. The company receptionist also provided insurance and company license and bond. Same Day Roof Repairs' estimate beat out the other 2 competing companies' estimates. I approved the estimate over the weekend. I literally went to work on the Monday morning following the weekend, and on the way home later that same Monday I was notified that the repairs were completed during the day. I arrived home and I was impressed by the craftsmanship of the repairs. The fascia board and gutters look amazing with the paint completely matching the color of the siding. The repairs were completed in time before a rainstorm. I highly suggest this roofing and siding company to anyone looking for quality repairs in a reliable timeframe. Ari called right after I requested a quote from her company and we scheduled an appointment for Daniel to come out and give me an estimate for siding replacement. Ari called the night before to confirm our appointment for the following day and when I missed her call she left a detailed message telling me who will all be coming to my house. The next morning she called confirming my appointment for that day AND to answer my question that I had posted regarding if they carry insurance/workman's comp. She was very honest and said they do not at the moment but are in the process of obtaining insurance, however I could sign a contract that I would not be liable of any injuries that may happen on my property. She completely understood if I wanted to go with a company with insurance/workman's comp insurance. I told her how I appreciate her honesty and for responding to my question I posted. Because of her excellent responsiveness and honesty I plan on calling them in the next month or so for other work I am needing done to my home. Call me old school but honesty goes along way with me. Ari could have lied or not have answered my question( though I would have been asking Daniel when he came to my home) however she didn't. She was up front and honest and did not want to waste my time or theirs. I very much appreciate that and that is why I'm giving them an overall B. They did not do any work so I could not "grade" them on that. I hope this helps others as well as this company for future jobs.

Daniel, the owner, arrived with his crew this morning at 9:05 AM in (2) vehicles. He had advised us earlier that he would arrive between 8:00 am and 8:30 AM. I first asked if he was working banker's hours. I then asked for a copy of his insurance and I stated that I would not allow him or his crew on the roof until I had a copy in my hand. He told me that he would contact his wife. I informed him that she could either send it to me as an attachment via a text or e-mail. In a previous conversation, several days earlier, my wife had asked about insurance and Daniel told her that he had insurance. I was particularly concerned about the insurance aspect of the job because of their carelessness during the initial roof inspection. Both slipped as they were ascending or descending the roof. Neither Daniel or his employee used any sort of personal fall arrest system (PFAS). Clearly they either ignored or they are unaware of the fall protection requirements for the roofing industry. I then told Daniel that I would unlock the gate. At the time Daniel and his employees were still in front of the house. After a couple of minutes I Iooked out front and discovered that Daniel and both vehicles were gone. He simply left without saying a word. Obviously, he and his crew were uninsured. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior from a contractor in my life. What's even more surprising is that Angie's List would provide a forum for an uninsured contractor that does not have the requisite qualifications. I'll have to give some serious thought as to whether I will remain a member or, for that matter, use Angie's List again.

Very well! I had four roofing companies check our roof issue. “Same day roofing” called us first, came out same day and I received their bid the very next day. The other three companies promised written estimates but they never got back with me, one was a company I had used to install my gutters and do minor roofing issues in the past. While “same day” was here on initial inspection, without asking blew leaves off my roof. 0n the work day he added a flexible pipe boot connection , not on original bid but was mentioned by the second bidder and “Same Day” did not increase bid estimate. Also, “Same Day roofing” used a “metal Brake” to custom fit flashing and without asking improved upon a roof drip edge that another company charged me for, with a hand made larger drip edge using the metal brake to accomplish this task.

They came out and gave an estimate, they were very thorough and professional. We selected shingles and set up a time and they took care of everything. They came when they scheduled and completed the job per our arrangement. They were careful of our plants and cleaned everything up when they were done. I would definitely hire them again or recommend them to my friends...
