I needed to take an appointment over phone. They replaced my windscreen as scheduled. Gave me a jar of commercial wipes as my car had some paint on it from a place I visited few weeks earlier (somebody poured over it when it was parked at the hotel!!). I really appreciate their gesture.

I did make an appointment after talking with my insurance. They were courteous and professional. The mechanic gave me a jar of wipes specially to remove the stains on my car which was due to some paints or similar materials. I did not know how to remove those. It did work. I will recommend to use their services.

They were fine. I'd use them in the future. They could have finished the job the first time. It's a good company; I have used them a bunch.

They were very professional and neat. They cleaned while doing the job and left the car and did a quick job. They were professional, convenient and I am happy with the outcome.

This auto service provider is terrific! I arrived a little before the appointment time and they took my vehicle right in. The staff was courteous and professional. The waiting room was clean, comfortable, and included coffee, soft drinks, plenty of reading material and a TV with remote. They did a pre-work inspection and informed me of their findings. The new windshield was installed perfectly and they even vacuumed the vehicle interior and cleaned all the windows. I highly recommend this business!

They couldn't put the filler in so they gave me a new windshield.? Didn't have to pay anything extra.? the insurance company took care of it for.? The came on time.? Only took a few minutes.? They also come to you.? Lifetime warranty.

Very negative experience similar to the member who wrote 2011 review. The man who came to house did a poor job and windshield rattled and was loose afterward. Took it to car wash and water leaked into car interior. He came back and it was still not right afterward. Wound up having to drive from Fayette Co. to Winchester to have them take care of this properly. Winshield broke later when it was just a few days out of warranty. Used Jack Morris the second time and was VERY satisfied. Their windshield is still on car. I would not use Safelite ever again and cannot recommend this company! Price of $220.00 and date of 5/30/2007 are from memory, as I shredded all papers for this purchase. Can't recall exact price, but was less than $250 insurance deductible.

I had a cracked windshield covered by my insurance (less the $50 deductible). Safelite came to my house about a week ago to put in a new windshield. Everything seemed fine until I drove the car a couple of days later and noticed the windshield was distorted. It was very upsetting, bothersome, and dangerous. So I called to have them fix it expecting some push-back but nope, they must get calls like this all the time because they promptly scheduled a new install 2 days later. The new install just occurred today and the new glass is worse than the last glass. I guess the company doesn?t bother to check their products before wasting everyone?s time with an installation. It is now Saturday and their offices are closed. Monday will be round three. I wish I had picked another company to start with. On the plus side, the staff seems nice.
