They do real good. They stay in contact.

They're very good. We had other companies before and we had problems with the other companies and Safari came in and looked at the lawn and took care of the problem and they continued to provide really good service. They come in and have free access to the backyard but I never really see them. You know they've been there just because of the granules on the lawn. They're an A plus.

So far, so good; I'd say it has been positive. It's kind of hands off so I don't really have to manage them coming out. They have a schedule that is easy for me.

Lawn looks better after they've been here. My lawn looks great. They're doing fine. This is our second year using them.

Everything performed by Safari Lawn Care and Pest Control was good. They did the set up, the estimates and within a couple of days a phone call. The treatment they did was very affordable and very effective.

They showed up when they said they would, and yard looks great.

Safari came in and provided a landscape design that my wife and I can work to install ourselves. They also do installations, but my wife and I want to do the work, but just didn't have any ideas. The design we received was awesome and the price couldn't be beat (we took advantage of an Angie's list deal).

Jimmy came out and measured the area to be landscaped and asked about our budget, likes, dislikes, preferences, etc. Also looked around the other areas of the property to see existing landscaping. He got back to us within a few days with a landscape design and quote for doing the work. We have a follow up meeting next week to discuss the design further and perhaps engage for the job.

Followup: I upgraded the scores based on a phone call from the owner. He was apologetic and professional, and offered me a full refund for the service. He was impressive...

The staff is usually fine they are pleasant and preform well. They come do the job and leave a note to make you aware that they are finished.

They gave me a two hour window and arrived on schedule. The ladies who work in the office are very friendly and called to confirm my appointment. I would recommend this service to others.

Got here on time, very professional. Told me exactly what he was doing. Company sent someone back out when I found a couple of bugs; but it was a different technician. Not as impressed the second time...reeked of smoke and I had to febreeze my house; he did take care of the issue, though.

The Safari lawn care techs have done an amazing job helping us get our lawn back to grass from weeds. We have tried other, nationally known services in the past with less success. Safari is responsive to our needs, they always call us to ask how the service went and if we have any questions or concerns. From start to finish, they are the best. When we called them for a quote, they came out in a service truck and when we said we wanted to hire them, they did our first application right then! That's excellent customer service, in my opinion, and a great business practice.

When I called for an estimate, the owner of the company came out. That certainly wasn't my experience with other companies. The techs that have come out to do the work have all taken great care to close my gates and respect my property. Great company to do business with.

Services are performed as contracted, notices are provided before applications are made in the event you would like to be at your resident when they come. They also place timely followup calls to assure you are satisfied, and willingly return if there is a problem.

Paid $270.00 for one year - well worth it! I had never had a problem with bug infestation, but all of a sudden I was being "invaded" - have not seen a roach, ant, fly, mosquito, etc., since the service.

They did a good job. I was very satisfied with their service and if I had any issues they were dealt with promptly.

I have used several lawn service providers over the years and have cancelled each one because they never did kill the weeds and never did give me a healthy looking yard, until I switched to Safari. The provide me a regular service at a cost that I believe is very reasonable. After each application I am given a written report of what the intent was of the treatment and, if I'm at home, a knock on the door and a verbal explanation. I am also given mowing tips. I then receive a phone call from the office asking me if I am satisfied with my treatment / results and asked if I have any questions. I am also invited to call with any questions or issues. This has by far been the most successful venture for lawn care in the past 15 years. Other companies have been less experienced and far less results oriented and customer satisfaction oriented. I will continue to use Safari.

The stone work was fine. The planting was sloppy. Barely dug holes for grasses, so my dogs dug some up. They came by to replant but still barely in ground. I would not use them for landscape, although the hardscape was fine. Used them once to mow for $40 for a very small area. Mow they did. but nothing else. Am using another provider to mow, and blow for $30 a visit. The gentleman I dealt with was very pleasant, but I think doesn't like plants too much. Thought it was a high price for the work done.

We have never experienced such success with a lawn care company. From their first visit, we have seen continual improvement in the appearance of our lawn - fewer and fewer weeds, improved color, bad spots are getting smaller. We are extremely pleased with Safari.

They were a lot higher than the other quote I got. What stood out to me, honestly, was their camouflaged truck. There wasn’t much interaction and they just kind of looked. After they looked, they quoted me $900 and then later on I told them that I wouldn’t be doing that. They were great with responsiveness.

We hired Safari for bi-weekly mowing and edging and also for weed control. After dealing with companies that did not return calls, show up on time to provide service or requested to use our personal mower, Safari was a refreshing change. They made a prompt appointment with us, showed up on time for that appointment, offered us several options, and developed a contract for us. They show up on schedule for all service and our lawn looks great. I couldn't be more pleased. It's a relief to finally find a lawn care company that follows through from start to finish.

It went fine. They came out and gave me an estimate and they were very professional. They came out very promptly. I decided not to use them but they were very educational and professional. I was very impressed with them. Their price is a little bit higher than some of the others but seem like they are good. The price was more than what I wanted to pay. If the service I went out with will not work out, then I will call them back next year. I was not dissatisfied with them. They were very professional, prompt and thorough. They kept their appointment on time. They were very courteous, prompt and acted very professional. They were very responsive to my questions.

Serviceman was right on time, very polite and professional. Technican took extreme care spraying and applying bug spray around cramped storage areas, garage and interior of house and attic. Technican did not track in any dirt or mar any surfaces with equipment. My service was provided on Saturday, which made it convenient for my work schedule. I was extremely pleased and will continue to use the service in the furture.
