Very knowledgeable and professional. Had some great ideas! Gave me some estimates, too, which I thought were very reasonable. Decided to do some of the work myself, but would definitely call them again!!!

They are punctual, responsive, and professional! Very happy (we have tried many others and we HAVE NOT been happy!)!

Very Professional. Excellent service. They have shown up all throughout the year as scheduled. They notify me they will be on property. They provide treatment and leave a door hanger telling me what I should do to the yard (water, etc) over the coming week based on how much rain we have had. I have a very small yard and they charge me based on the smaller size of turf to be treated. What more do I need?

It was not good at all. They sent out high school kids to plant the plants. We wound up with a real fight with the person who was in charge and wound up paying him less than what we had contracted for because the job was such a mess. We wound up paying about 12000. First of all, they didn't plant the plants in the ground properly. They set them basically on top of the ground and put dirt up around them. It was just a poorly supervised job all around. The guy that was in charge was hardly ever there to supervise it so the high school kids didn't know what to do. They were just kind of going by his instructions which didn't fulfill the obligation of the contract. The pricing was reasonable. We had stuff dying after it was planted so we had to go in there and spend more money just to replant a lot of that stuff.

They were GREAT! Scheduling was simple and they were always on time and very professional. They even noticed that I had the sticky traps in my house to catch spiders and came back out and gave me a stack of them for free. I don't see any bugs in the house, so whatever they are doing must work! I will use them again next year.

Salesman showed up and assessed the damage and gave an estimate. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and professional. Once we decided on the treatment then the technician quickly sprayed our crape myrtles. It looks like the treatment is working, but there is still some bark scale which will hopefully die out in the upcoming weeks.

Service provider showed up on time in a company vehicle. The gentleman took the time to explain their products and how they work. He ask about my concerns and the pest problems we were currently having. He answered all my questions thoroughly and went about his work efficiently. Safari has since come back for a follow up treatment and I am completely satisfied!

It was not very good. The guy who came in was a really nice guy but did the opposite of what we asked him to do. he did what he wanted, not what we asked him on his project. Its the reason why I'm a little upset. He gave us some sketches of exactly what we'd told him not to do.

Our yard looks amazing - much better in just a few months. They are knowledgeable and periodically provide lawn care information to the homeowner - very helpful. Shawn Shanklin is professional and reliable.

They spray my trees for bag worms, so waiting to see if it worked.

Company was not very unresponsive. Their "weeding" consisted of cutting the tops off of the weeds and putting mulch over the weeds. The job was unprofessional. UPDATE as of 08/4/2015: The owner has called me back and refunded all of my money due to me being unhappy with their services. So he gave me the option of them coming out again and trying to resolve things or to refund the money. I chose the refund. However, I was really pleased with the owner to take time to call me personally to see what I was not satisfied with I offered to pay for the mulch that they had put down but that is when the owner stated that if I was not happy then he was not going to make me pay at all.

Very well. Just can't afford to have the work done.

We originally bought the landscape design Angie's List deal for an idea of what to do with our badly needed update. Jimmy came out measured, looked around and followed up with a well crafted design. He also furnished a quote for his company to do the job. After a little tweaking of the design and price, we decided to use Jimmy and Safari to do the job. We could not be more pleased with the outcome - and look forward to seeing it mature and become well-established. I definitely recommend Jimmy and company for any landscaping job. He is very talented and knows what he is doing.

very obvious that it's a family run business. very responsive. most importantly, high quality employees show up at my house. grass is very green and no pests. god bless.

We have encountered a serious brown recluse infestation in our recently bought house. We have small children and got pretty uneasy about our newly found "roommates". I've called several highly rated companies asking for an emergency treatment. Safari Pest Control was the only one who could respond quickly. Brandon and Mike came and fumigated the whole house & dusted behind multiple outlets and plumbing holes. The issue turned out to be far more severe then in a typical house. Ended up having multiple repeated treatments (without any additional charge). I cannot thank Mike enough for answering our multiple calls on his personal cell phone, each time being reassuring and informative. I am also very grateful for the promptness of re-treatments, countless sticky traps and a security of knowing that Safari Pest Control guarantees their service. I also had Safari to do a preventative termite treatment (can't say much about it, as only time can show the effectiveness) and signed up for a monthly general bug treatment. Great work ethics, highly recommend!

Didn't realize they were coming when they showed up, but it worked out fine. Pest guy very professional and courteous. Cost a little high, but hey I'm a new home owner and it all seems a bit shocking to me after living in apartments for years. Service completed quickly.

I've never had any interaction. My wife has. They are very polite. We have dogs and generally they will come and check with us before they go in the backyard. They are very accommodating.

It went fine. I like them. They measure your yard. If you pay in advance for the seven treatments you get a discount. I came into contact with them by seeing there truck. They just do the yard.

I have used them for probably 5 years. They have always been responsive. They present themselves well. They are sensitive to my needs. They are professional.

I think they are doing just fine. They do it 7 times a year.
