Description of Work: Bonnie, the secretary offered a weekend appt. Brandon drove truck in drive way. Waited a few minutes and left. Did not leave note or call. I was in house. In 3 months again was offered a weekend appt. I was in living room. He did not show at all. Called Monday. Spoke with Bonnie. She said that I was not at home. "My dogs did not bark". So I left. Again no call/note on door. I spoke with Mr. Spiller, manager. He said that he would talk with Brandon. Brandon was at my house the next day. No apology given.

(removed member name), First, let me apologize again for any inconvenience we may have caused you. As we discussed, Brandon explained to me he came by your property on the Saturday appointment and the lights were out in the house. You were his first stop that morning. Perhaps he came too early. Our protocol is to knock first, then call if there is no answer at the door. We have a note not to call your cell, so we called your home phone. We then leave a "Sorry We Missed You" door hanger. Of course, we were happy to come back that next Tuesday. If he didn't apologize for missing you, please except my apology. As for the time before when he stopped in the driveway and drove off, I can't explain that. Obviously, that is not what we do. You are the customer, so I will certainly take your word for it. For our part, we have equipped each of our trucks with GPS. We will know when he is on your property. All that said, we want to make you happy. Period. I don't want you paying for a service that doesn't make your life easier. If there is something we can do differently, please let me know.
