Description of Work: The initial appointment was fine. The design review did not cover all that was discussed and items I specifically stated I wanted were excluded in the review. I was promised an itemized breakout but never heard from them again.

Description of Work: My house was sprayed for insects both inside and out. I was also give sticky traps to be placed where ever I wanted to collect any insects that my be crawling and inspect them for type so correct spray can be used to get rid of correct type of insects.
