So far everything is going well.

Everything is fine so far and overall, I am satisfied with their service. I would recommend them to others. One technician comes out to do the work and it usually takes about 20 minutes to complete the work. I have been using them for about 4 years now. They call me a day before to give me a window of when they will be coming by to my house, I wish they would give you an exact time of when they were coming. I have dogs so I have to take that into consideration.

I am very satisfied with their work. After every service, they call to make sure we are satisfied. When I have a question, they are responsive to my calls and answer my questions well. They often come by to give me advice on my lawn. They came out and participated in a garden tour that was put on in our neighborhood. They have gone above and beyond for us.

They are really good. They arrived on time for the appointment and they did everything I had asked them to. Everyone was very friendly and scheduling went fine. Two crew members came out to do the work and they were able to get it done in one day for me.

They call before they come out to do the service. The owner, Jim, was courteous and honest about the services he offers. They leave a note with the invoice and if you do need to call, they are responsive.

They do a great job and if you have any concerns with the lawn, they come back to treat it to your satisfaction. They call me one or two days before the scheduled time and they always show up on time for the appointment. One technician comes out and it usually takes 20 minuets to do the work.

After a rocky start, they are doing better. Had service techs come out twice and not check the rat traps even though that was the primary reason for using them. After 3 complaint calls, they did check them the last time on 11/5. We'll see. Price is good.

The did pretty good about weeds at first, but have been disappointing as the summer has gone on. I am happy with the price, but not happy with the service. They do not follow up. I have had to do that. The only time they followed up was the other day to try and sell me some other service. I have had to call they back out to treat areas the technician skipped purposely. This technician apparently was known for it yet they were keeping him out. Not very good customer service. Getting the out to retreat or regular treat can be a chore. They always have an excuse of technician sick so short handed and even the truck broke down. I even had a rain day and it did not rain. I am very disappointed with them especially when they were your best rated service at the time. I do not know what they are rated now but I am going to look for a new service.

They're competitive in price. They have excellent service, and excellent follow-up on their service.

They're very personable. They're prompt. They call before they come. You can actually pay a year in advance and they give you a discount. They come out and they look at your lawn to determine what it needs before. They just don't premix stuff and put it down.

They were on time, but I changed because my grass was dying and they didn't do anything about it. They weren't really good; they came out and do stuff, but whatever they were doing wasn't working, not in my yard. They got rid of the weeds, but my grass was dying.

The technician was there to treat our lawn and about 1/3 of the grass was covered (treated) when he was done and that was all. I could tell he was in a hurry and just wanted to move on. I feel that they lack professionalism in their services. It is an absolute waste of money. I am going elsewhere. UPDATE: Jim, the owner, called me as promised and explained why the technician did what he did. They will inspect again and redo as necessary. Jim really sounded like a honest guy (nothing against the technician either), just that there was no clear communication at first. I applaud their responsiveness.

I had previously used the "Lemme Kill Your Weeds" guy but on principle stopped their service when the owner of the company worked actively as a gun rights lobbiest and fought successfully locally and statewide bringing guns into our Bartlett parks, bars, etc.Since he was such an advocate and promoter of boycotting business who did not go along with his interpretation of the 2nd Amendment...I chose to not spend my money with him. I received a quote from Safari that was way CHEAPER then and have had them for a couple of years now. To my surprise, my lawn is PLUSHER and the weed control is BETTER. The staff is friendly and courteous. I am glad I switched!!

I don't use them anymore but they were fine. I don't have any complaints about them. They were prompt. They used to take care of the inside of my house. My overall experience with them was excellent.

They are thorough, very convenient and on time. Their office staff is friendly and communicates very well about trying to set up appointments. I would use them again in the future.

I love them they are a great company. I never have any weeds in my, yard my yard looks good.

I had one last treatment for lime and I didn’t really need that. I asked them not to do it because I didn’t want to pay for it. They ended up coming in February and put lime on the lawn. They say they coming one day but ended up not coming then because their machine broke down. The next day it rained so they didn’t come and then it was the weekend. They came on Monday. I didn’t think they did the back yard and the lady on the phone was a little unprofessional about it.

Their prices are reasonable. Overall they did a very good job. I would use their services in the future too.

We know we can depend on this company to take out our ant problem as not soon after they finished the first time, the amount of them around lessened greatly. The men that come out are professional, very punctual and really do a great job. I highly recommend this company when you have any major infestation or wish to prevent one from happening.

They sprayed chemicals outside the perimeter of my home to get rid of all the creepy crawlies. I think they also put some pellets in the ground for added protection from termites.

They were good, as always. We bought this house three years ago and have them come to do pest control for us. They charge $60 for 3 months. I feel they are one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. I would always recommend this company to everyone for their effort & their willingness to do what is required.

It was a good company, professional people to work with that's all I can say about them.

We do not have any bugs since we have been using Home Pest Control. They are very consistent and thorough in spraying our home. They also are very good about scheduling their visits so that we don't have to take off work.

Their initial appointment was to spray for termites, but they noticed a stray cat living with a family so they caught them all and removed them in addition to the spraying. They did an awesome job I thought.
