 + -1 moreRepaired the roofing around the pipe vents timely. I thought the cost was reasonable (I don't recall amount now). I did mark the Overall and Responsiveness scores as Fair because I requested they come back and repair some other shingle issues but never heard from them.

 + 11 moreRS Modelers are professionals and take great care in doing quality work. They clean up after themselves each day. If I were remodeling my kitchen, bath,etc. I would not hesitate to get a bid from these guys. They are a little more than some companies out there but in the end you will love the quality of work they do and the fact that it is done right the first time. The owner is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Description of Work: I over saw the remodeling of a basement area in our church. I used RS Remodelers before in a industrial warehouse remodel so I asked them to help. RS Remodelers supplied turnkey renovation of a un-used space that time had left behind. We had approximately 5,000 square feet of space that was not being used because it was in such bad shape. It was build in late 1950 using concrete block. Ron brought in a structural engineer and figured out that we could take the space down to the exterior walls and start over leaving only the support pillars located throughout the space. They did a great job. In a very short amount of time he had the new space framed out and drywalled.

 + 1 moreIt went extremely well. Ron was there when we needed him. He gave us a detailed estimate for the painting and related work, and did the job exactly on budget. And they cleaned up when they finished.
Description of Work: In October 2011 we discovered that we had a leak under the slab foundation. American Leak Detector found the leak and Ray Baker Plumbing did their part. RS Remodelers initial job was to remove a section of siding boards, bricks, insulation, concrete, etc. so the plumbers could get to the exact spot where a copper pipe was leaking under the slab. Then RS had to put everything back just like it never happened. Since the boards on the back of our house had to be painted, we decided to have the whole house painted. In addtion, we had colunms rebuilt, rotten boards removed and an arbor removed from the deck. RS's carpenters and painters were around our home for weeks and each was professional and nice. Ron Steele, owner of RS, was a pleasure to deal with. He was always on time and reachable when ever I wanted. I gladly recommend RS Remolelers.

 + -1 moreThe work was done in stages. The bathroom portion of the project took approximately 3 weeks. Phase 2 involving the utility room and adjacent hall took approximately 2 weeks. The work was done as planned, clean-up was excellent. Ron is an easy person with whom to work. He was especially helpful in choosing the best tile selections for our project. I found R S Remodelers to be quite reliable.
Description of Work: Removed shower/tub combination, removed sheet rock, toilet, sink, and cabinet. Built a walk-in shower with adjacent shelving, tiled entire shower, floor, and one half of wallboard,installed glass shower doors, installed new shower head with flexible stainless steel hose, painted ceiling and remaining walls, reinstalled toilet, cabinet and sink. In addition removed baseboards and molding in adjacent utility and hall area. Added decorative baseboards and molding and painted entire area.
