I called Christmas Eve and a tech was here in 30 minutes. He was very friendly and provided excellent service.

They informed me when the Technician would arrived.I was surprised when they told me someone would come that day,after I called so late in the day.I needed an leaky faucet replaced. The tech they sent was Chris T. Very polite soft spoken young man,Chris looked at job and said he could do it confidently.Before starting he quoted price for the job and encourage me to look online for additional savings.Chris took time to explain and show me why I was having the faucet problems.Chris worked in very timely manner.I would definitely use Mr.Rooter again as long have professional and confident tech's as Chris T

I called Wednesday and they sent Joe over right away for a free estimate. My kitchen faucet shook and made knocking noises when the water was turned on. The water pressure was very poor. Joe recommended replacing the faucet or cleaning the stems. We decided to replace the old faucet for a new one. We also wanted a new garbage disposal installed. He said he thought he could get it all installed in less than 2 hours. My husband and I said we would go to Lows and get all the stuff. After Joe left I called the company back and they said Joe could come back first thing in the morning to get started. He got to my house at 8:50 a.m. and was done and gone by 10:45 a.m. He was very nice, honest, and professional. He charged me for labor only sense I had all the supplies he needed. After my $25 coupon it only costs $174, whicj I thought was very reasonable. Every thing works great! Thanks Joe and great job Rooter Man Plumbing!

When I called they said they had a man in the area who was finishing a job and would come here next. He was here within 30 minutes, spent about 30 minutes here, fixed the drain and was done. Price was $145.50 - $25 coupon (available on website or on Angie's list) = $120.50 total charge. Price was competitive with others providing the same service. Every aspect of the service, from the phone call requesting the service, the service itself, the serviceman, the billing etc was handled in a very professional manner. Service man was polite, friendly and most of all fixed the problem and offered solutions to prevent it from happening again. Would definitely use them again.

This job went extremely well. Chad was very professional and extremely polite. His work was top notch and I have no complaints. The time table he gave for starting and finishing was a little off, but not much. The delays were due to Code Enforcement and MLG&W marking utilities. I did not get the name of the person helping him, but he was very professional and polite as well. It was a pleasure to have them both doing the job and I will use them again if the need arises. The price for trenching and installing the new water line was quite resonable. I have seen prices from thier competitors in the neighborhood for the same service and Rooter Man was almost half. A job well done at a reasonable price.

Master bathroom sink connected to AC would not drain. Rooterman came out the next day and ran a 25 foot snake. The sink drained well after. Craig, the plumber noted that the other master bathroom sink was draining, but not quickly, so he snaked that one too. Now both drain wonderfully. Craig was on time, professional, and told my husband and I what he was planning on doing, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. He also told us what we could do in the future to prevent clogs. We will call Rooterman in the future for our plumbing needs! They have a 30 day guarantee and coupons online. He was here for a little over an hour total.

It cost us a lot, because he ended up replacing our disposal but it was reasonable. He came out to find out what was wrong and that is what he did. He did the job the same day, he just had to go pick it up. I was very pleased with him and I think he was great. I liked the guy that they sent, plus the fact that he read out all my options to me and he just let me pick up which one I wanted and then he went picked it up, brought it back and got it all done. It is working just fine now.

That was the first time I'd used them and I thought they were reasonable. They got the job done with no problem. Other than that, it was a rental house so I wasn't there, but we didn't have any problems with it. We would use them again. The price is fair and they were there promptly when they said they would be.

I intended to call Mr. Rooter which I am a member of. I just though this Rooter is the same as Mr. Rooter. So I mistakenly called this company.

I have used this company several times in the past, but was not an Angie's List subscriber at the time. So this is my first review. I discovered water backed up into my shower and tub. I called Rooter Man around 10:30 in the morning and the lady said she would put the next available man it. By 12:30 the job was done and everything was draining properly. Needless to say, I have used them before and I will call them again. They have always been prompt, professional, located and fixed the problems in a timely fashion, and the price has always seemed very reasonable. AND their plumbers have always been very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Rooter Man to Angie's List subscribers.

It went GREAT. We actually had a couple other companies come give us quotes of $800 and $1100 to fix the issue. They both diagnosed the problem incorrectly. A Rooter Man came out and diagnosed it correctly, fixed the problem quickly, and communicated every step and price point along the way. They were awesome to work with and will call them for all of our future needs. They also cleaned everything up nicely, which is great since we have a little one running around. Definitely recommend them and felt their price was totally fair for the work they provided.

Plumber (Craig) was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgable and responsive. He even took before & after I-Phone pix of everything he did to show me the problem spots and what he had done to fix them. I used a coupon for $25 off on the first visit, and they also gave me a "senior" discount on the 2nd day. I can't remember ever having such a good repair experience before. Will definitely call the Rooter Man again.

It worked out very nice. The guy was nice, pleasant and helpful. He was honest, punctual and explained everything. There was nothing I disliked about him.

When getting ready to wash clothes, I discovered that our sanitary sewer had backed up into our basement, yuck! I immediately called my tried and true plumber, Ray Baker Heating and Plumbing. They could not come to my rescue today but recommended Rooter Man and gave me their telephone number. Anita at Rooter Man answered my call and assured me that she would call me later when the plumber was on his way. About an hour later, she called back to tell me just that. Justin, the technician arrived within 20 minutes of the call. After hearing what was wrong, he set about telling me what could be the problem or problems given the age of our home built in 1930, and the location of the back up. He outlined the cost of a basic rooter service ($145) and the cost if a camera would be needed to identify exactly where the problem was ($325). We agreed that the first course of action would be rooter service. After he finished snaking the cable in the sewer, he explained what the roots that came out at the spring end of the cable meant. He recommended that we pour a cup of salt in the commode and flush twice every other month to help diminish the regrowth of the roots where the break in the line was. We also discussed the current cost estimates for sewer replacement in part or totally, if needed in the future. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Rooter Man. I would definitely recommend them and while I would use them again, I hope we won't need them again anytime soon!

I called for service, and the person who answered the phone said they would put me on the list for the next call. She called a few hours later and said the plumber was on his way. The plumber inspected the situation, got to work, completed the task satisfactorily and left everything clean and tidy.

I would say that it was a very good experience. There was a little problem but they came out the next day and took care of it. I have used them several times.

I never let them finish the job because it seemed like they took too long. He took my cut off valve & I haven't called him back. The people were nice, I just felt like it took too long.
