+ -1 moreExcellent service! Roof Pro LLC was the 2nd company that I had to come and look at my roof. The first company said that there was nothing wrong with the roof, but Roof Pro LLC found the issue and repaired it at no cost as it was very simple. I will definitely hire them for my roofing issues in the future.

Description of Work: we had a new flat roof put on by RoofPro. These guys are the best. Not only do they do great work but they are incredibly responsive to their customers. After they put the roof on we had some leaking and we did not know if it was from the roof or some windows. They came to our house immediately and evaluated the situation. Fortunately it was not the roof. A few months later we had an issue of water collecting on the roof. Again, they came quickly and came up with a solution.(it had nothing to do with the roof they installed). I have referred several people to them and would not go to anyone else for my roofing needs.

Description of Work: This company did an outstanding job! I had a quote the evening of inspection. They got on the roof & took "before" pictures.....also "after" upon completion. They tore off old roof & installed Timberline HD lifetime architectural shingles. Work around my chimney is impressive. They covered & protected my landscaping & pool. They removed all roofing trash & debris. Driveway, patio & walkways broom swept & magnetically raked. My house is situated such that they had to get on my neighbors lawn to do part of my roof. Crew was mindful of my concern of inconvenience to neighbors & their dog. My neighbors were totally satisfied w/the way this crew handled debris & nail removal on their side. I was impressed w/the competence & integrity of this company & will definitely use them again. I would rate them A+ in all areas.

+ -1 moreCame out and gave me an estimate for $750.00 to fix a leak in my roof and I ended up signing a contract for that amount. They said they didn't use as much material as anticipated and only charged me $600.00. I would never have known the difference, they didn't have to do that. That's about as honest as it gets. I also used them for a much larger job on a flat roof several years ago. Both jobs completed on schedule and no leaks.

+ -1 moreThese guys were absolutely fantastic from the get-go. They were extremely professional, straight forward, and a pleasure to work with. The crew got to the house on time and did a great job. It took about a day and a half for them to do the roof just because it has so many hips and out-shoots. I'm so happy to have a new roof, and I will gladly refer Roof Pro to anyone. The reps who came out (Joe Harger and John Harger, brothers) were superb. We often spoke via text messages, and they were always very prompt with responding. They bent over backwards to work with me and the insurance company. I'm looking forward to enjoying this roof for quite a number of years!

Two layers of roofing had to be removed before the new roofing was installed. The finished product was neat and attractive. Good quality materials were used. I checked with the company providing the materials before beginning the job. I received assistance with samples and information before the roofing was installed. They did a good job. There were 2 leaks on the flat part of the roof after the job was completed. The owner was responsive and sent someone to repair the leaks immediately. I would definitely recommend this company.

Additional charges over the Angie's list offer were explained well and seemed very fair. The job took 1 1/2 days, just as promised. Great job cleaning up the site. Two minor problems were promptly fixed by the owner himself coming to check them out and ensure that they were fixed properly. I would definitely recommend them for other roofing jobs.

It was a great experience and they guarantee the work and I’ve recommended them to 2 other people who have used them and been happy with the work as well. I had two other estimates and their prices were the best.
