Description of Work: They were assigned to me due to my 2-10 warranty. Unprofessional pretty much sums it up. I asked my warranty company no to send them again. Just had another a/c issue...I called Hiller. Very satisfied with my service.

Please note, I did not hire this company by choice. I have a home warranty from the purchase of my home, and this company is who they sent out. I called my home warranty company to complain. I would NEVER recommend this company. They were rude, and unprofessional. The service technicians showed up in a beat up personal vehicle with a magnetic sign stuck to the side with the business name on it. Technicians were wearing saggy blue jeans and dirty white undershirts. They had no uniform or identification from the company. They informed me they could do nothing for me because my a/c unit was frozen and needed to thaw for at least a day. Then, they made me call their office, at which time I was treated rudely and put on hold. Only to be told that I would be called back within an hour to determine if they could schedule and appointment for tomorrow. These people are rude, unprofessional, and a little scarey if truth be told. Do NOT use them. I have them on a do not call EVER again list with my home warranty company.

We would not have them back. They did send someone out. We had separately purchased from the last year when they came to work on a separate air conditioning unit because we had the 2-10 warranty thing going so they kind of assign you who they are going to send out. They supposedly managed to sell my husband maintenance service to the tune of $200 for cleaning and maintenance of the unit. When they came out they said it was just for the one time thing and would not repair the unit unless we paid another $70 plus to clean the unit. They can fry. I have no nice things to say and my mother raised me to be kinder. Since she lives her I am really working hard. With the warranty it was a $50 call out. They would not replace the part unless we paid an additional $70 plus for them to clean the unit. I would never recommend them not even to my worse enemy. I was not a happy camper. I would pay to stay at a hotel with big prices before I would use them again.
Description of Work: We used Reeves for air conditioning because we had a heat wave and my father was frail and literally dying. He has since passed away.
