They bought the condo above me and flooded my condo three times. It took me six months to get anything done with these people. They use mostly subpar workers. The workers also cut wires that caused no phone nor internet service for the condos in the unit. Terrible people. I spoke with the President, office workers, and the supervisor. They just didn't want to do anything. I finally sent a certified letter to the president before I got there attention.
Description of Work: repaired my kitchen, bathroom, and wooden floors that they damaged when they flooded my condo. It took me from January 2013 to get any response. Spoke with president of the company, Jim Reedy. He wanted to just give me a check for $500 for my homeowner's insurance instead of paying and repairing damages his workers' caused. Doug, his "superintendent", was of no help. He showed up in January with work order, said his workers would be back. Never heard from him again.
