The salesperson from Redeemers (Chris Perez) sold the work that would be performed as able to solve several problems with my house. He told me they would be using levels and sensors to level the floor in the middle of my house as they raised their jacks and braced the foundation. He also said they would correct the tilt of the back wall by leveling it to the position it was originally in when the house was constructed. He assured me the extra cost Redeemers charged in excess of the competition was due to their superior technology and how they could level the house and the competition could not. After the foreman had already begun work, he explained to me that they did not guarantee any lift and they didn’t guarantee any improvement - only that it wouldn’t get any worse. He then tried to sell me on much more extensive work than was quoted. Upon completing the work, the yard was all torn up and they had tracked mud around and in my house. I do not recommend anyone hire this company as they seem to operate a “bait and switch” scheme.

Philip and his crew were great! He took the time to answer questions, explain what they were doing, and how everything would work.

Very smoothly. Everyone who worked in my home was very polite and professional. Every step was explained the entire way. Clean up was great.

Very well despite my anxiety. My doors open smoothly now. Big open cracks in wall are now closed and can be repaired easily and not ever come back because of the stability provided by the installation of steel piers. I had huge gaps between wall and ceiling that are now closed and just need to be repaired and painted. The facing on my closet and doorway are now straight! I just wish we had done this sooner. The only thing I think they could have done better would have been to not leave a huge dirt pile in my yard. And maybe clean up after a little better. Although my house at the time was chaos anyway. Also...The guys were Super nice and Professional! I think this was one of the best house investments we could have made.

Perfect. I’ve never seen a crew work so hard to get this job completed. Always making sure I was informed and pleased with the process. Very professional!! And they cleaned up area before leaving. I highly recommend Redeemers!!

It went very well. They showed me exactly what they were doing and listened to my opinion and preferences as to where the support was most needed. They had to maneuver in some really tight places, but were extremely professional and good natured about it. When they were finished the lead installer walked me through the house to show what was lifted and to show me what to look for if there were ever any additional problems. They also swept up the dirt that had been displaced during their work.

Professional all the way through. Regional salesman informative and willing to explain in detail what is needed and not necessary to fix home isues. Good follow up by main office. Job site foreman always willing to stop what he was doing to answer questions or come let us know the progress of the job.

Project went well. Our crawl space was gross but not totally terrible. We did renovations on the first floor of our house, and when we pulled up the ceramic tile floor that was in our kitchen, the backside of the tile was covered in mold. I wasn't concerned about having a dirt crawl space or honestly the water in it until then. Kind of assumed out of sight out of mind. They fully encapsulated the crawl space, added a dehumidifier and sump that were appropriate to our size space. Didn't think they were trying to sell me more than I needed. I had to install an outlet in the crawlspace for the dehumidifier, but they told me I would need to. I don't know anyone that wants to spend money on their crawl space, but I wasn't about to have mold all through the house from the moisture coming from below.

Everything went exactly as described. The guys called when they were on the way, showed up on time, and did a great job. And it was a messy job. They were courteous and professional - which for construction workers was a nice surprise! So much so, we gave them gatorades and pizza for lunch. When the job was complete, they did a great job cleaning up and if you didn't know we had work done, you couldn't tell.

They did a great job. The garage stayed almost completely dry in the next storm. They had told me to call if I saw ANY water at all, and I same just a bit in two places. They came back out and resealed, and we have not had a problem since... and we have had some SERIOUS storms since then. The garage has stayed completely dry.
