Unfortunately, you can't give a business 0 stars. Needed some work done to correct a foundation issue that is causing water to flood into the home, but they wouldn't even schedule their free estimate with me because my mother-in-law (who is disabled) would have to be present. She can hardly move around and has issues standing for long periods of time. But i digress. Ridiculous that you request work and they shoot you down just because they want the homeowner there. Even though we live in the same house. Ridiculous!!!
EDIT: Gave the company a second chance to right a wrong, and they dropped the ball once again. We got the work estimated, got the approval, and finances secured. We even got an approved start date. Waited the 3 months, and then the DAY OF that we were told that work would start, we instead get told that the receptionist at the office never put it on the calendar because we didn't give a down payment of 30%, which was waived BY THE COMPANY OWNER, but she still refused to put it on the calendar because it was policy. Then the contractor calls us on the day that work was suppose to start, asking if we could try again in 2 weeks on the 18th. Then proceeded to have an attitude when told that we would search elsewhere for a solution. Unfortunate to be let down so terribly. Third chance's are not an option when I went out of my way to give a second chance when I didn't have to. 0/0 stars & definitely would not recommend.

Description of Work: I had mold in my bathroom and on the walls behind the beds. I tried adding a high volume ventilation fan in the bath with no results. A friend did a lot of research on the most effective way to control mold and found this company. I knew that this friend was the type to do a complete consumer study before spending money on anything this expensive and involved, so I simply trusted his advice and I was right. There is no mold problem whatsoever. I also knew this would be the solution based on previous experience at my former home where we dug out the foundation shrubs, tarred the side of the house with a membrane, installed sump pumps, etc etc, did it twice! Still didn't solve the problem. These have the answer. It's a franchise and it works...simple but expensive.
