 + -1 moreThough the women that dealt with me were polite.As soon as the paperwork was done they sold my loan to another company. I feel that I was not dealt with as a person. They allowed me to believe they were going to be my bank. I wish I would have dealt with a local bank. Also, I was not allowed to do my paperwork by mail. I was new to the computer and it was extremely stressful to do the mounds of information on the computer and fax machine. They knew my reattor and allowed him to speak disrespectful of my husband and me.

 + -1 moreThe company eased the process of obtaining a low rate loan with low closing costs with its professionalism and low fees. From the beginning, even before we had settled on a home to buy, the company provided multiple options for loans, pre-approval letters (for aiding us in negotiations with the seller) and complete explanations of all the loans and fees. They then followed through the whole process with the appraisal and loan approval in an expedient manner, provided closing documents ahead of schedule, and ensured a smooth closing. Fantastic.
Description of Work: The company provided a conventional loan for us for a new home purchase in Salt Lake. They were very helpful in providing several options of loan types to choose from, carefully describing the features and drawbacks of each one. They provided the best mortgage rates and the lowest fees of the five mortgage companies I interviewed, were prompt and helpful, and provided documents a couple of days prior to closing to ensure a smooth settlement. All the staff were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and did not make me feel rushed over the phone (as many other mortgage companies do). The low fees (no junk fees!!) of this company are incredible! I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
