Very talented, tidy, timely service. They were able to accomplish wiring that other companies claimed could not be done. Pyramid uses top quality equipment, and has complete solutions available. Their monitoring is even cheaper each month that other companies. With this company you buy and own all the hardware, so monitoring is optional, and they do not require monthly monitoring. However, they have very good rates for monthly monitoring, and can offer monitoring for many other types of systems. This is a great family owned local company. I highly recommend them.

They seemed really nice. They were working across the street and I told them that we had new doors installed and not realizing when they threw the doors away they threw away the magnets and that damaged the alarm system. I did not have them monitor it for me, but, I am considering it. I had to pay absolutely nothing for this. They were wonderful.

Pyramid Alarm Systems cleaned up after themselves. Two men completed the job within a few hours. They arrived as scheduled for installation. I like that I can have my bill deducted from my credit card as a customer service option. If I choose to pay an entire year, I would receive a one month discount. They provide window stickers and a sign for the front yard as added security deterrents. One drawback is the monitoring headquarters is located in Mississippi. I am very pleased with the quick response time for monitoring. If the alarm is set off, I receive a telephone call within 30 seconds. I paid five hundred forty five dollars to have the system installed.

I have been using them for awhile now and have had a few alarms that were very quick to respond to. The police however, were not so quick, which I guess really has nothing to with them. They did call within minutes to check on us. I think they are also very good on price.
