I found Protection Unlimited to be wonderful. They came in to install my alarm system in my home. The installer explained to me everything he was doing. He explained to me how the whole alarm system worked and how to enter my codes to alarm and to shut off the alarms to my system. He took his time to explain slowly so that I would understand what he was teaching me. After the alarm system was installed, Protection Unlimited called me to see if I was happy with the install, and if I understood how the system worked. They explained to me that if there were a fire the fire alarm would go off on its own, or I could push the fire alarm button. As they explained all of it to me, I felt so much safer knowing that they were concerned with my safety. When they were done installing my alarm system the only cleanup I had left was one little wire left on my kitchen counter.
Description of Work: Protection Unlimited installed an alarm system in my home, and does the monthly monitoring of my home.
