Excellent service. They contacted me right away after I sent a message from Angie's List. Got me scheduled within a few days. One of their employees came out and looked at every lock with me. He rekeyed everything and tightened/repaired some things as this house is 105 years old and a few of the locks were in a state of disrepair. He gave me an estimate for installing a new deadbolt on one door and we will call back to have that done in the future. We will use Pop A Lock as they did a great job with everything else. The rekeying was very quick, he was done in about an hour, all locks use the same key and I received 4 copies of the new key.

The locksmith was on time, did his work quickly and professionally and tested the lock before he left. Perfect!

The guy came out the next day and was very nice and helpful. He took his time and made sure to fix our front door since the lock is a very old lock. Later that day, I found a screw that he left out of the lock. I called back to see if he can please come back and put the screw in where it needed to go since he was the one that did not put it back. The women who took the call informed me that even if it was a mistake that they made I would still have to pay another service charge of $49. $49 to have them come out and put a screw back in!!!! That he left out!!!!! After talking with the GM of the Memphis location, he came back out the next day and has taken care of it. Now, two days later the handle has fallen off and the GM has informed me that he will again come back out to make it right. The lock is a VERY old lock. The local company has been great to work with and has been very helpful. The lady from the answering service however was very rude and should not be working in customer service.

Perfect. He was friendly, discussed every option available, and tried to get me to take the lowest possible option.

Fortunately, in my neighborhood when I called so punctuality was great!

The technician was running a few minutes late, but called ahead to let me know. He came out, was quick and efficient, and explained everything he needed to do.

I locked myself outside the house. I called Pop-a-Lock and the dispatcher siad that someone will come within 30 min. He came in 5 min ... and it took him 2 min to open the door. Prompt, fast, polite! I used Angie's list 10% coupon. You can pay by card or cash. no checks.

Very prompt and the 2nd time I've used them. Pop a Lock is very convenient as opposed to removing your door lock cylinders and taking them to the hardware store.

I broke off the key to my dead bolt to my back yard. I loved everything about them. They were prompt, and great. He wasn't here more than 30 minutes, and I got the discount for being an Angie's List member. He was very pleasant.

We lost whatever keys we had for the front door lock, so were not able to get in our own home from the outside. We bought three new door knobs with dead bolts for the other three doors. He put them in and keyed them alike. He took apart the front door lock and keyed it for us. He had to put new strike plates on two of the doors. While he was there, our house was in chaos. Adults coming and going, and three small children underfoot; most notably the 18-month-old who was fascinated with what was going on. During this chaos, he worked steadily and did not appear bothered by the noise and mess. He was prompt, calling that he was running abt 10 minutes late, thorough, and very pleasant. We will definitely use him again.

I had called another provider first, and they to,d me it would be over an hour before they would send someone. I was trying to get on the road and it was hot outside. I did not have anywhere I could wait except outside. I called Pop-a-lock, and they sent someone right out. The service person was very nice and patient. It took a while to unlock the door, but he got it open. The only thing to know is that they do not take checks. I don't keep a lot of cash on hand and usually pay for in-home services with a check. So, I was a little surprised. But other than that, I have no complaints.

Called thinking a key was broke off in an interior door. Left my information for a call back, that was Monday today is Thursday and I am still waiting for the call back.

Current keys made by Home Depot were not working. Pop a Lock made new keys and made them work on all locks.

I was preparing to leave a house of mine in a 'bad' area of Memphis, when I accidentally locked my keys inside my vehicle (along with my purse), so I could not even go back into the house. It was very cold and windy and the sun was setting. Since I wasn't dressed to be outside and knew it would soon be dark, I was hoping I could find someone quickly. With no phonebook available, I called my State Farm agent and she recommended Pop-A-Lock and gave me their phone number. When I called, they gave me an ETA of 45 minutes. About 15-20 minutes later, a Pop-A-Lock vehicle pulled into my driveway. The young service man said that he was just finishing another call not too far from me when he heard the dispatcher send out the call. He was young, but very polite, professional and got my door unlocked quickly with no damage to my vehicle. I was most impressed and would definitely recommend this company.

The locksmith came very quickly and unlocked my car. The service was quick, reliable and professional. He was friendly. The price was okay as well. I will use their service again if I ever lock my keys in my car again.
