Phoenix Unequaled Home Entertainment

I would like to take a minute to give my feedback on Phoenix Unequaled Home Entertainment. I am a physician, and recently built an 18,000 square foot office space. Near the completion of this project, I decided to automate the lighting, heating/air, and Audio Video Services. Phoenix was able to come in and take on a project toward the end and do a beautiful and professional job of Integrating these services. We did run into some challenges during the process that was in no way their fault. They stuck with the project until completion, doing research in several areas, to be sure all the equipment was installed seamlessly. I can truly say that they went above and beyond to make this a successful installation. They have always been available to answer questions, and do any re-programming that I thought would make operation easier. I felt their pricing was fair, and in no way do I regret spending these building funds on this upgrade for the office. The provider has taken care of our computer system, televisions, smart house features, etc. for almost 10 years. All employees are very responsive, knowledgeable and professional.

Perfect. Phoenix tells one what they can do and do what they say!. Very professional. Answer questions. Look at alternatives but will not compromise quality. They want the homeowner to be happy now and forever.
