PHIL'S PRESSURE WASHING

Phil came out and was initially very nice, but the quote for pressure washing our pavers and house, and cleaning our windows was $3,000. While expensive, I went ahead with the service because I wanted a job well done. While the pressure washing of the pavers went fine, two of my windows were heavily scratched and Phil and his foreman admitted that they picked up a day laborer to help with the windows. Once I made Phil aware of the damage whne his foreman put me in touch with him over the phone, he became VERBALLY ABUSIVE without provocation and denied that they had done the damage AFTER his foreman who was actually on my property admitted they were in fact responsible. He ultimately said he could have the windows repaired and in good faith I paid him $2,500 of the $3,000 with the additional $500 to be paid when the windows were repaired. He never called me to handle the repair, ignored my numerous phone calls and emails. I called the company that installed the windows and many other window companies and was told it is not possible to repair the windows and they would need to be replaced at a cost of approximately $3,500 per window. I knew this would be the cost of replacement as the windows are expensive and all had been recently replaced, but I believed Phil when he said this happens and could be repaired for a few hundred dollars. Phil takes your money and gets abusive when there is a problem. Ignores follow-up and disappears. He caused extremely expensive damage through negligence in hiring a day laborer and refused to acknowledge responsibility.

Mike and his guys did a great job. It's a pleasure to have people work for you who take pride in doing exceptional work. Both days they came they were considerably later than they had predicted, but that was not a problem for us. Our place looks beautiful. Thank you!
