+ -1 moreTo summarize our experience with A.D. Perkins, we would have to say the work was faulty and subpar, he was very unprofessional, and he abandoned the job with $2500 dollars of our money in his pocket and our supplies in his SUV. He is not a legit contractor. He cut corners and did things that benefited him. Do not give him money upfront and do not accept a contract that is not itemized .I am willing to provide additional pictures of the faulty work as well. We will be suing him in small claims court.
Description of Work: Remodeling of master bath.

+ -1 moreThe owner was extremely cocky. After they had been paid they were uncomfortable with sending any of their people out to our place. They are a company of subtle trickeries. Using them would be a very unwise choice. They were paid money for work that they did not perform according to State Farm. The roof is leaking.
Description of Work: They claimed they were giving me a free roof. My insurance paid for the roof. They were going to strip the roof down to the decking and replace any decking as needed. As a result of their work the shingles had lumps in them. It was a shoddy job. They came out and claimed to correct the errors and they didn't do but maybe one correction.
