Great customer service, on time,on budget

Sergio has not completed the work due to some pool work that is being done in conjunction with the job. it is being done in stages. He responded quickly to the first and all other calls and I feel confident in his ability to do a great job.

Sergio was very responsive and excellent to work with. Work was performed professionally and on time! Only reason it was not a perfect 5.0 was some cleanup required from leftover concrete wash off. Didn't completely clean or repair area after work was done. Overall would definitely hire again for a future job.

Perez Masonry exceeded my expectations. They built a brick wall around my pool equipment. The work was excellent and at a very fair price. I am looking for new projects so I can hire them again.

Sergio and his crew were very professional replacing custom bricks on the top of a circular pool spa. Went back to their brick vendor two times until they found the brick colors that would match the colors of the other brick. The end result was a very well-done replacement seat - no issues, no clean-up. Great job! I hope to hire them again to fix some loose broken grandite tiles around the pool.

Sergio Perez was awesome to work with. I had stone work done on my back and front porch and up my columns. He did exactly what I wanted and it looks awesome. Great price as well. He took time to come by my house on two days to discuss what I wanted done. Did the work in less than 3 days. I highly recommend him.

I would recommend Perez masonry to anyone looking for brick or cement work. Initially he said our project would take 2 days. He showed up with his crew right on time and they didn.t waste anytime getting to work. Sergio was very professional and polite and his crew was the same way.
