Well, we had called Dell itself and the problem was not getting solved, so we just called the PC Doctor. He did a good job. All I know is that we didn't pay a lot to get the computer fixed and it is working properly now.
Description of Work: We have two Dell Computers. One is at our home and the other is at the office. The one at home was not copying programs for us. There was some kind of a problem with it because it wasn't saving information when it should have been. We had this guy figure out what was going on and why. Quite frankly, I don't know what he did, but he was here for about two hours and then it was working just fine.
