John Sims performed good work in the beginning. However, we had some issues and he has yet to repair it. I feel to complete a job fully you need to follow through with your guaranty. I have paid him in full but he still refuses to come to my home because he is too busy. I would not recommend his services to anyone.
Description of Work: Johnny Sims replaced the sheet rock at the top of my ceiling in the den, the ceiling tile, and also addressed several holes in the wall to test for mold. He also put a whole in the top of the ceiling in the kitchen to look for mold. He replaced the hole too. The tile began to fall and I called him to repair it. He asked me about the problem but stated he was not sure when he could come back to fix the repairs. He told him he was tied up and suggested I call him back. I called him back twice and the second time he started to become rude with me. I have given him many options and tried to work with his schedule. He has yet to return to my home to fix the ceiling tiles.
