Description of Work: this phone is for a condo maintenance company they don't do air conditioner service or installatoion!!!!!!

Description of Work: We were trying to improve the HVAC in our daughter's house by balancing the air ducts. No other company would come out and give an estimate if they didn't install the units. We tried Conway and others. Osborne came right out, solved the problem - TRUE professionals - not just out to sell you stuff you don't need like others mentioned here. You'll never go wrong by calling these guys. We use them to service our units now as well.

+ -1 moreThey stand behind the work they do. They are extrodinary. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very careful with working with my older home. They relocated the thermostat in another room. One of my fans stopped working and they over night the part and even offered to put us in a hotel until the repair was made. They are prompt. I did research companies before hiring Osborne, they were not the cheapest but they were able to give me a quiet system. I don't hear the compressor outside and I don't hear the air flowing through the vents. What made the cost more was the quality equipment used.
Description of Work: Service call for the system the installed three years ago.
