Description of Work: I have brown recluse spiders, mice and wasps living in the house, siding, attic, etc. I explained this to the call center who quoted me a price and said they could get rid of everything (even though my research says they can never get rid of brown recluse spiders, just reduce the population. When the guy came out to spray, he handed me a contract with check boxes on it and had checked spiders, not brown recluse spiders (which require a specialized treatment plan). I wrote on the contract about the brown recluse, so there was no confusion and that I have birds in the house and need notice to get them out before treatment. The next treatment was supposed to be the next month, then would go to every other month for the next year. No one showed for the next treatment, or contacted me about it. I called the local office and spoke to a woman there who was very rude in saying I did not pay for brown recluse treatment, only spiders, to which I explained I know exactly what I asked for both to the call center and the tech and had 2 other witnesses present for both conversations. She argued with me awhile, then checked the contract and said the house was treated the first time for brown recluse, but it is not what I paid for. I finally got her to schedule a tech to come out. When he came out, I asked what he was treating for. He said, "You said you have brown recluse spiders". Okay, so we're finally on the same page. I thought maybe the office would change my cost to over double what I paid, as recluse treatment starts at $300 for the first month. He treated, but did not pick up any recluse traps or put down any new ones in areas that have high spider traffic. He did put dust in the attic, which the first guy did not do. I'm not supposed to have treatment again until January, but have seen spider the past week or two, so we'll see if they actually will treat again, at no charge, for in between visits. ||We are now working on having them clean out the attic and put pest control insulation down to help rid my house (that I have only owned for 1 year) of these dangerous spiders. We'll see how that goes.||Since the spider hibernate til spring, I will have no idea if treatments are working or not until then.

He used a chemical in the holes and I paid three thousand dollars for the termite treatment, but it is a lifetime guarantee, so if I have damage to my house, they have to repair it.
