Wonderful, the guys where very helpful and professional.

It was excellent. They're wonderful people, they were very responsive. They came out and first they did repair on our very old system and when I first had them out to do a regular service, that was the big deal the guy said, "Now, you understand your system is over twenty years old and it has several problems." And then I said, "Why don't you just give us an estimate for a new system, but let's see if we can keep it limping on until September, October." And he said, "I'll do the best I can." We literally had to call him on a Saturday when it stopped working and the temperature was over ninety degrees. They were there within an hour. And then later when the system died entirely, we called him on a Thursday, he came on Friday and they put in a new system for us the same day. They are terrific, and I am recommending them to everybody and anybody that needs heating and air conditioning. They were there when they said they were going to be there, the service took even less time than they said it would take, they cleaned up after themselves very, very well. They didn't disturb the household as they did what needed to be done. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

He was a pretty friendly guy. He showed up and looked at the air conditioning. I wasn't really out there with him, so I can't really verify that he did anything, but he claimed that he pulled my hose from the other side of the porch and used it to clean the air conditioning. He basically told me about the services that they offer. He told me that I was going to need some annuals services, which I wasn't interested in.

We were pleased with the service, price and professionalism. We gave a grade of F for punctuality because we had to call and find out why the serviceman did not show up for the scheduled appointment. They apologized, said he would be out at a certain time and he still showed up an hour later than that without letting us know.

My experience with Opach's A/C & Heating was not good. He told me to call back and get my money back. He said it was for a promo, but because I wanted to see if there was something wrong I had to pay for something different, so he said I could call Angie's List and get my money back for it, but I hadn't called yet. I don't think he was truthful in what was wrong with my air conditioning unit. He said the compactor wasn't working and then he wanted to show me something and I guess he didn't know that I knew he had the breaker off and of course it isn't going to spin. I don't think he was truthful in what was wrong, and when he first came in he touched the thermostat on the wall and said that was what was wrong that it wasn't mounted right on the wall. He said the coupon was for a tune-up and if it isn't turning right he can't do a tune-up. I had to pay him for what he said was wrong with the unit.

I calle d Iwas told they could do the job at2:30 that day but would call at 1:30 I waited all afternoon. but no call NO SHOW It appears my Big Deal is a big loss. I am 86 can not do the job myself I will find someone i can depend on to do the job BTW the phone talker is rude Billy

It went fine. Opachs has gone above and beyond anytime we have had an issue. All installers are prompt and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

Researching costs and estimates from other companies

Had some initial scheduling confusion but always called or returned calls promptly. Professional and curteous service. Very prompt when had to return to correct a small problem.

We made arrangements for a time to come, and I got a little confused because sometimes he would text me, and other times we would talk by phone. If I recall correctly, and I am not 100% sure about this, he said he preferred texting. However, I sent a text message to him that he said he did not get. Anyway, he had to make three trips to get the service done. When he did arrive, he was very professional, and I had no doubt that the service was done right.

Quick response, good price, excellent work. I will have them tune and clean the AC unit as well and continue on a regular maintenance plan.

I bought the Angie's List Big Deal coupon for this provider to inspect and ensure my A/C unit was working properly. The provider arrived on time, was professional and took care to educate me where needed. He was thorough and I would definitely use him again.

He basically went to look at the furnace and saw that the burner was burning outside the furnace. We had to turn it off on the breaker. He told us it was condemned and we had to shut it off. They were prompt coming out, I felt he was honest with me and I would use refer him. He was very thorough. He took pictures to show me what it was doing.

The AC is running well so I guess it was good. I had to wait a little bit because the temperature has to be above a certain degree to come out. The guy was very thorough and explained things very well from A to Z, not just the service he was there for, which allowed me to make an informed decision.

The employee came out to give me an estimate. When he looked at everything he ended up coming up with $500.00 worth of extra fees. The deal just didn't end up being very much of a deal after all of the extra fees.

I would not recommend this company to anyone due to the sloppy work performed and the expense of repairing the unit after he got through. I would not let him on the site of my house to even mow the lawn.

I bought the 2 AC spring cleaning coupons and scheduled the appointment. Oscar called before arriving and showed up within the time frame we had agreed upon. He was courteous, professional and pointed out all the issues with my AC units. Because he had to tell me that I needed to consider replacing the units soon, he cleaned both air filters for free to make up for the bad news. I appreciated all his work and advice and when I am ready to replace the units, I will definitely call him.

They were the quickest ones to respond. They came out the same day that I called them. The next day they came out and replaced the whole A/C by the end of the day. They were pretty great for customer service.

Service was performed a couple of months ago. I thought all was well, tho my gut kept telling me system was not right, walls too hot near heating closet, etc. I had Opach's return on a Friday after the holidays, when I finally had time to be home, and yes, he knew things were a mess, a dangerous, hot mess. I had been patching the system for the 6 years I've been here, trying to get through one more winter. He and 2 other workers came on Sat and put in the new system. They worked hard and professionally. They broom cleaned the mess. I am embarrassed to admit I did not call to get a couple of other estimates. I know that is not good business on my part, so I truly do not know if the price was appropriate or not. $3400 is a lot of money for me. I just knew he was here, could get the job done within 24 hours, and I'd found him on Angie's List to begin with. So I proceeded. I am pleased, and toasty warm.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal for this project. He did not do anything and did not bring anything with him. I charged the Big Deal on my credit card and we set it up for him to come out; but when he came he just looked at the A/C unit and that was it. The deal said he would provide up to a pound of air conditioning refrigerant but he did not have any tools with him. He did say I needed a new unit.
