I called Neighborhood around lunch on Monday December 12 and they arrived later that afternoon. They determined what the problem was and had my heat working in less than an hour. I have used this company for both heating and air and also plumbing and have always found them to be very reliable. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Diagnosed problem quickly. Quote was reasonable and had parts needed in stock so they were able to come back out a couple days later and finish up the job. They were even willing to cooperate with my home warrenty company to facilitate me getting reimbursement for some of the costs of the repairs.

Tommy recommended a new heater and he could install it in a safe location. In just 3 days from the first phone call from me, the job was finished. My brother and his wife are very happy saying its like having a fireplace. Just in time for this cold snap. And I was able to pay for it from here with a credit card over the phone. I have used Neighborhood for plumbing work, but this was the first time for my A/C unit. I called around 9:00 and they arrived before noon. It took them no time to determine I just needed a part replaced. After replacing the part, they also cleaned the unit and added coolant. These guys are good. They explain what they are doing and why.

I called late in the afternoon and they came first thing the next morning. They explained what my options were and how long it would take to complete the task. They were prompt, courteous and professional. I have used this company several times and would highly recommend them to my friends.

Went up in attic and found a small leak in A/C pipe that was causing a buildup of water in ceiling above dining room. Previous handyman could not find leak. Repaired/replaced part to fix leak. Stayed an extra half hour to go back up and make sure leak was fixed after A/C turned back on. Fair price for good service!

I've did business with Neighborhood Plumbing and AC for about 5 years. Their technicians are friendly and arrive exactly when they say they will. They're honest, reasonably priced, and always try to save you money. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional job at a reasonable price.

they called before they got there When they did arrive early they checked out the leak. Them they informed me what was wrong and how much it would be. They fixed the leak and then fixed my dishwasher too. They were very nice and professional.
